VECC Annual Exhibition - Photo2019
Welcome to www.Photo2019.net, the 21st National Open Exhibition, organised by the Vale of Evesham Camera Club.
The exhibition is a member of BPE with PAGB patronage (2019-18). In 2018, our last exhibition, attracted 5,245 digital entries. The gallery of acceptances can be viewed via the menu option - View 2018 Exhibition.
As ever the competition is open to any UK / CI / IofM based photographer. We look forward to receiving your entries.
Photo2019 has four digital categories:
• Colour Images (overtly manipulated images should be entered in Experimental/Creative)
• Monochrome Images
• Natural History Images (PAGB February 2018 nature rules apply - see FAQs)
• Experimental/Creative Images
Please note the maximum image size 1600 pixels wide by a maximum of 1200 pixels high.

If a previous entrant or pre-registered then sign-in using your email address and password. If this is your first entry then please use the register function and make a personal note of your password. If you have lost or forgotten your password then please refer to FAQs.
Use the menu options on the left of the screen, which appear only after you have signed-in, to prepare your entry. Do ensure that you click the SUBMIT button at the base of each page to save your changes before moving to the next option:
We have added a ‘View Past Accepted’ menu option which will advise which images you have previously had accepted since 2015 provided that you are using the same email for sign-in.
Step 1: Check your name and address details using 'My Account' and amend as necessary. You may also change your password if desired. Passwords are now held in a fully encrypted form.
Step 2: 'Add Images', upload your images 1 or more at a time, you can repeat this step. Remember the SUBMIT button to save any additions.
Step 3: 'Check Images' to add titles and using the drop-down allocate to categories. Remember SUBMIT.
Step 4: 'Pay for Entry' online with a credit card/Paypal or if you wish pay by cheque. This is the final stage at which point your entry if finalized. Before paying, changes can continue to be made - images added/deleted/renamed. Development of your entry is stored and can be returned to, it must however be paid for prior to the entry close date.

Shortly after the selection weekend, the menu option to view your ‘Report Card’ online after sign-in will become populated with your results. Advanced report cards will also be emailed to all entrants followed later with a printed report card posted with the A4 printed catalogue.
